LOSMA was founded in 1974 with a precise “company mission”: to operate in the field of environmental protection by engineering and producing systems for the treatment of air and the filtration of coolants in the machine tool sector. During this time the Losma name has become synonymous for quality and innovative solutions.

The company is located at Curno (near Bergamo) and covers a surface of about 17.000 sq.m., over 5.000 of which of covered area.

Losma is a young and dynamic company. It employs 50 people, whose average age is 35. 40% are employed in production, 20% in the technical and R&D sector, 30% in the commercial department and 10% in administration.

Tailor made solutions
Many different combinations are possible between Losma air filters and the relevant pre and after-filters. Combined with a wide range of coolant filters, grant the specific and tailor made solution to any filtration requirement.

Air Filters

For the air cleaning we offer many different models of mist collectors: centrifugal (in the versions turbine, single centrifuge and double centrifuge), static filters and specific units for very high throughputs or centralised systems.

All of the models can be combined with the various modules of pre and after-filtration to allow us to resolve each individual filtration requirement. Our mist collectors can be installed directly on to the machine tools. They remove the pollutant from directly from the source, and can easy be moved, and used again on other machines or switched off when not required.

Coolant Filters

The Losma Liquid Filtration Range is made up of various types of filter to cope with all eventualities. Losma’s expertise in this area shows in all its products, from the simplest of cloth filters to the more complex integrated systems with several filtration stages. This know-how also means that tailor-made solutions and one-off designs can be proposed for individual customer requirements. The Losma Liquid Filtration Range comprises of seven product lines, DETEX, DEMAG, DECOM, RIVER, SKIM; SPRING and MASTER Series which can all be equipped with refrigeration systems to order.
