S31 |
|
An
S31 universal cylindrical grinding machine will be
on shown.

Key features of the S31 on show:
- Centre distance 650mm (also
available with centre distance 1000mm)
- Centre height 175mm
- Universal wheelhead with high
accuracy B-axis 0.0001°
- 2 external grinding wheels, each
with diameter 500 x 80mm
- Internal grinding attachment.

S12 |
 The
basic concept of the 'Studer S12' with a distance between
centres of 150 mm, centre height 175 mm and a grinding wheel
diameter of 500 mm has been targeted at precision without
compromise.
The heart of the machine is based on high precision
positionable linear motors completely new patented drive/guide
system. The extremely rigid slides with hydrostatic bearings
are magnetically pre-tensioned. The in-feed movement can be
programmed in 10-nanometer steps.
