Schaudt CamGrind L
The Schaudt CamGrind L CNC is a single slide machine that can be
provided with a swivelling second spindle. Even with the CamGrind
L, besides individual machining, it is also possible to present
the complete production line.
The Schaudt CamGrind L offers you completely new design options
for camshaft-machining by practical reduction of the process
chain. Machining time is considerably reduced, Transportation and
storage time are saved and requirement of space is reduced
substantially.

With the
double slide version
CamGrind L, even complex machining processes can be implemented
with just one clamping procedure. As required, up to a maximum of
four spindles can be achieved in the modular design of CamGrind L.
This synchronized grinding is unique with a distance of up to 20
mm between the grinding wheels. This enables a reduction in
machining time since the surfaces that are close to each other can
be synchronously ground. With the double slide version CamGrind L
the complete machining of complex work pieces in one clamping is
done economically.
