Schaudt FlexGrind L The Schaudt
FlexGrind L CNC universal cylindrical grinding machine is the
ideal machine for grinding printing rollers in one set-up up to
3000mm in length, 3000kg in weight and up to 1000mm in diameter.
Optional features such as the DIATRONIC 5,
high-precision B-axis for spot-precise cones and backlash-free
workpiece drive for non-round grinding make the FlexGrind L unique
in this machine class. The very design of the machine guarantees
the greatest true running and precision.

 Schaudt
offers unique advantages when processing printing rollers with a
feeding edge, thanks to its specially developed software.
Exceptional true running accuracy and precision are always
assured. For external and internal cylindrical grinding and for
the non-round grinding of various profiles, an exceptional quality
of grinding results can be achieved.
