Schaudt FlexGrind S The Schaudt
FlexGrind S CNC universal
cylindrical grinding machine has been designed for highly
productive, reliable processing of shafts and flange parts of
small to medium size.
As an option, the FlexGrind S can be
equipped with external and internal grinding spindles, B-axis for
swivelling the wheelhead, a C-axis for grinding non-round
contours, and a range of different clamping devices. The absolute
measuring head DIATRONIC 22 allows for in-process measurement of
every ground diameter, resulting in high precision during the
entire machining process.

This machine also allows the
complete processing of a very wide range of materials, including
stainless steel,
 ceramic,
silicate and rubber, all in a single clamping operation. This
allows you to considerably expand the range of processing jobs you
can perform. Thanks to the nine different grinding spindle head
variants, the right grinding solution is available for every
application. The FlexGrind S universal cylindrical grinding
machine covers the entire smaller scale range of the
tried-and-tested FlexGrind Series.
