Bruckner
Precision Centres cover a wide range of specifications for
Turning and Grinding. All Centres are manufactured from the
finest materials to tolerances narrower than that demanded by
DIN806 and DIN228 specifications. Standard Centres have tip
run-out within 0.001 mm and Special Accuracy Centres run-out
within 0.00025 mm. Shanks are hardened and ground to the
tightest tolerances and most centres of a specific profile and
Morse tapers are available in several variation of length.
Bruckner high
Performance Live Centres ensure rigid, high precision
performance with long life. Drop forged housings for maximum
strength, points through-hardened alloy steel, triple seal
systems, maintenance free preloaded ball and roller bearings.
With Morse
tapers from 1 to 6, metric 80 and 100, plus when required Jano,
Smart & Brown for work weights from a few grams to 20000 kg
the range is truly comprehensive.
